HOW IT WORKS
Our first meeting is all about getting to know your space and your preferences. We’ll walk through your home together, discussing key areas, expectations, and any pet peeves you have. This service is designed specifically for you, so the more details you share, the better we can customise the experience.
The first few cleans may involve more communication as we learn your preferences, but over time, our goal is to make the process as smooth and unobtrusive as possible. You’re welcome to adjust instructions anytime—nothing is set in stone!
During the booking phase, we’ll discuss the timeframe. The first 1-2 cleans will take a little longer as we get familiar with your home and bring everything to baseline. Once we’re accustomed to the space, the time frame generally remains consistent unless add-ons or deeper cleans are requested.
PRICING
Our rate is $65 per hour per cleaner, charged in 10 minute increments. A minimum booking of 1.5 hours for one cleaner applies. Once we’re familiar with your home, the time required typically remains consistent—unless you request add-ons, deeper cleaning, or extra housekeeping tasks.

Yes, we do. We provide all our own cleaning products and equipment, including a vacuum and mop. However, we are happy to use any of your products if you prefer.

We work within a time frame agreed upon in advance. This is to ensure we can attend following appointments. Please inform us in advance if you would like to select any of our add ons.

Yes, we are! We just ask that you let us know anything important about your pets before we begin. For example, are they okay with vacuums? Do you prefer them to stay in a specific room?

We handle each home and its belongings with the utmost care. Despite our best efforts, occasional accidents can occur. If we damage or break anything during our clean, we will either repair or replace the item with something of equal value at no cost to you.
Please provide clear instructions, or attach 'DO NOT TOUCH' notes to items and areas that you would like us to avoid.

AREAS WE SERVICE
We primarily service homes in Melbourne’s inner north, including Brunswick, Brunswick East, Brunswick West, Fitzroy, Fitzroy North, Collingwood, Coburg, and Northcote. Depending on the type of clean, its frequency, and duration, we’re happy to consider locations outside this area as well.
HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
If you’re looking for a more comprehensive household service, we offer additional housekeeping options for clients in Melbourne. These can include stripping and remaking beds, laundry management (washing, hanging, ironing, folding), organising and cleaning cupboards (such as linen closets, pantries, and fridges), and watering plants.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Although we take on one-off cleans, we will prioritise clients who wish to set up a recurring cleaning schedule with us.
PRODUCTS
We prioritise the health and safety of our clients by using as minimal chemicals and toxins as possible. This approach ensures that your space is not only clean but also safe from harmful substances. We provide all our own cleaning supplies, which are carefully selected for their effectiveness and low toxicity, so you can trust that every clean is both thorough and safe for you and your family. Additionally, we use septic-safe bathroom cleaning products, ensuring that our services are compatible with your septic system.
If you have preferred products or equipment, just let us know. We are happy to accommodate your choices.
ADD-ONS
Add-ons aren't always needed and may be tasks done monthly or even a few times a year. Please let us know when you'd like these extra jobs included in your clean so we can schedule them in. Our cleaning is charged based on time, regardless of if there are add-ons or not.
